Departing from Camping des Tunnels, this flexible timing route allows you to navigate without any time constraints.
From the first paddle strokes, you enter the classified site of Pont d’Arc, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The route offers a condensed version of Ardèche’s emblematic landscapes, between limestone cliffs, natural beaches and clear waters.
You will cross the Charlemagne rapids, a fun and accessible passage, perfect for discovering the sensations of white water in complete safety. Then the highlight of the descent: the passage under the majestic Pont d’Arc, a mythical and iconic natural arch of the region.
Arrival is at Châmes (Stop 7), after approximately 1h00 to 1h30 of paddling, depending on your pace and swimming breaks.
This short route is particularly popular with families, beginners and campers wishing to enjoy a nature experience without dedicating an entire day to it.
